Ordering
Hot Steps Inc. minimum order is 24 pairs. You may mix and match styles, colors, and designs to meet this requirement. Orders can be called into our sales department at (212)481-9090, or placed by using our Fax/Mail Order Form (requires Adobe Acrobat to download file).

Shipping
We ship all orders UPS ground, unless otherwise specified by our customers.
Payment
All orders are shipped C.O.D - cash or certified back drawn on the United States bank or cash in advance. We do not accept credit cards. For large store orders credit terms can be established once Hot Steps Inc. perform proper credit checks. Please call for more details.
Return Policy
All returns must receive prior authorization by a Hot Steps Inc. representative. Damaged items or shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
